First of all, let me say this is the best whois script I have had ever worked with...and I've been doing this since 1997. Excellent!
What I'd like to do now, is integrate the script into WHMAP. If not familiar with this php billing program, I could use some direction on the questions I should ask that developer so when a domain is found to be registerable by the EP-DEV script, the domain and extension will be carried over to the WHMAP domain registration area so the client doesn't have to re-enter the domain name.,
Any advice would be appreciated! I'm not a php coder as you can tell.

Thank you for your comments, but let me just say right now that version 2.0 is alot better than the current version of EP-Dev Whois ;). I expect it to be released by the end of this week, and I suggest that you upgrade to that as soon as possible.
The new release will feature several examples of integration into popular billing software, and I will be sure to include autopilot among the examples.
Until then you will just need to wait. I expect it to be released by Sunday (April 27 2005) at the very latest, and more likely to be released on Saturday.
The new system has control panel, templates, etc and should be easier for you to configure anyway.

It seems that I can't find documentation on native support for passing in domain names for WHM AutoPilot.
From what I have read on their forums, it seems that AutoPilot is a very poor billing manager as far as features go.
If possible, I recommend using a feature-packed solution such as ModernBill, http://www.modernbill.com . It seems to be updated much more often that WHM AutoPilot, supports more of everything than AutoPilot, has better developed module and display sections, all while supporting domain registration only orders on a multitude of domain registrars. I just can't see why anyone would settle for WHM AutoPilot when MB is out there. MB's constant work can be seen by the public as well, allowing you to know exactly what is going on development wise.
