You can do this by using the EP-Dev CMS Forum Members Hack, found at http://www.dev-forums.com/index.php?showtopic=42 . You need to download the software, upload the entire folder into your website, and visit the install.php file in a browser.
Other than that, you will need to know:
1. MySQL database informaiton of PHP-Nuke (can be found in config file in your PHP-Nuke folder)
2. MySQL database information of Invision Board (can be found in a config file in your Invision folder)
3. PHP-Nuke absolute path
4. Invision Board absolute path
5. How to chmod in ftp program
The install.php file does most of the work as far as modifying, etc. I suggest you backup the files that the script tells you to chmod during the install. Also backup your PHP-Nuke database.

This is not a hacking forum.
Take your script kiddy garbage elsewhere.
