can i make news that start the post by certain people?

fro example .. start by admin only

That is not a feature but an excellent idea.

I will try to implement it into my next release.

You will not be able to add the feature unless you are experienced in PHP and MySQL. If you are experienced in these, you can take a look at the classes/forums/ folder and edit the forum class that you are using (you will want to edit the fetch_Posts() function).

If you are not experienced, you will simply have to wait, as such a feature requires updates to all forum classes (I think).
