Dev Whois on IIS 5.1

Hi .. all seems to work fine, admin and whois.php ... but when I look for a domain ... the response page is blank.

There may be a restriction set on your server preventing the script from connecting to outside websites or only through certain ports.

You may want to ask your server administrator / webhosting provider.

And what ports have to been opened?
