Referers

I can't seem to see the referers in EP DEV Counter. Perhaps I'm wrong, but referers are the websites where people came from before entering your website?
Some information: I'm using version 3.45 and it's located in www.iseeyou-designs.com/counter/

Could someone help me out?

The script doesn't log referrers. It is meant to be a counter script as opposed to a stats script. There is a difference.

Most people use counters to display hits visually to their users as they already have statistics software somewhere on their server (most hosts offer stats via their control panel).

Aah OK thanks. I was just wondering because in the script there was this line that caught my attention:

counter.php » line 75 »

// Log Referrers (will display in /stats/ if enabled), 1 = enable, 0 = disable.
$OPTION['Log_Referrers'] = 1;

Heh, oops ;)

That must have slipped into that release. I was working on adding referrers to the counter, but then I thought that instead I should create a different stats program (rather than add-on to the counter) or re-engineer the counter to be more module and support any type of stats.

Anyway, that option actually does nothing ;). I am working on a new similar stats program that will allow logging referrers.
