Howto add pulldownbox instead of checkboxes

Hello,

I tries to find a item on how to change checkboxes to pulldownbox... could fint nothing, in adminpanel
i stared a few hours to find it, but it is not there.

So could anyone inform me howto change this ?

I haven,t found any settings to convert checkboxes from list box. Kindly guide me in this regards
