editing templates

Hi, Great script and it was all fine until today.

I have been editing the default footer file and it was working all ok last week, but today it has let me upload some code to the template but won't let me delete anyhting now. Im not sure what to do. I could edit the search bar template section just not the footer section.

Can you help me with this issue
