Unexpected Character in Input, Forum News with IPS Forum

I just tried to install Dev Forum News. I generated the script and put it into a PHP page to test at www.turkeycentral.com/rss.php. When I call the page, I continue to get this message. Tried re-installing and going through the configuration again, but still get the same message.

On line 201 there doesn't seem to be anything that is the problem, so something is going on before that... I have no idea where...

Just a guess here based on an initial look at my code:
Check your forum news URL setting in the script. Make sure that it does not contain an incorrect trailing backslash ( \ ) instead of the correct trailing forward slash ( / ).

I believe a backslash will cause your error. Please make sure that you have a forward slash and not a backslash.
