Urgent Solution Needed

Pls i have download the scripts,upload it to my server and go to www.9jahost.net/admin/index.php, i login with the username and the password evrythings is ok but i dont know how to apply it to my website if i go to www.9jahost.net/whois.php it will come out but if i search any domain name there it will not come out.
maybe you check it yourself
please help me
