Whois settings for co.za

Hi I would like to use this whois in Joomla 1.5.

I installed the component and it is running fine.I can't add the co.za domain.
I have read a few forums about this.

In phpcoin this is works.
whois.co.za/cgi-bin/whois.sh?Domain=%ORD_DOMAIN%

Please can you help me get this component to work in joomla.
