    CGI ERROR

    Hi,

I have just changed my host and I am using whois, but getting the following error:

    CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers

Note: On old host it was running fine, now my host is saying that the issue is belong to coding. Can anyone give me advise what to do with this problem.

Are you consistently receiving that error (or does it come and go)?

Also, what type of server are you on (for example Linux/apache, Windows/IIS, or Windows/apache)?

Lastly, you didn't provide any URL. If you prefer not to post the URL publicly, please send me a private message with the URL details.

    Re: CGI ERROR

    Hi,

Thank you for reply, my Problem has been resolved. Actually my old host was using PHP 4.4.1 and my current host is using 4.4.2 and when I search then found that their are lot's of bug in php 4.4.2 so when my host downgrade it the problem has been resolved so I would suggest you not to use 4.4.2 you can user higher versions because the problem has been fixed in higher version also.

That is why I asked the questions.

There are PHP bugs all over concerning this particular error with various configurations. There was one bug report I read that said it could happen with looping inclusion, which was also a possibility.

Good to see you works things out all the same.
