I edited your post as by posting your URL you left yourself vulnerable to attack since you have not changed your administrative password yet.

I have sent you a private message with the correct URL that you should visit.

it was a matter of visiting admin/index.php instead of just admin/ (probably due to a bug... I will check it out).

I also am clicking on admin directory and going into the setup without visiting admin/index.php

This occurs in mozilla and ie under windows xp sp2

The config file is unchanged.
