    Avatar Issue

    Hey Guys

I am having my avatars display on my forum news. Well its working great but one problem. When I changed my avatar to a different one, it keeps the old one. I have done everything I could think of but nothin works. Have any suggestions??

I use the latest vBulletin version.

Currently the logic for the avatar support on vBulletin 3.x is to first check for an avatar id and then if not found (or if id is 0) check for a custom avatar.

The logic that vBulletin uses *may have changed*. I would try doing the following first though:
    a) Disable all avatar settings in your profile. Delete any custom settings in your user profile and ensure that no avatar is selected under any preset avatar (i.e. avatars included in forum).
    b) Enable your custom avatar.

If this does not trigger it, I would love to either get a look at your database (send me a PM) or for you to tell me what your "avatarid" is for your user in your "user" table in the vbulletin database.

I have tried what you said and still no luck on it. The same avatar that I used when I activated the avatar setting is being displayed. Not my new one.

I will pm you my info on my database
